As Kahn & Associates, L.L.C.’s founder and managing partner, Craig actively oversees all the Firm’s practice areas and remains dedicated to his original goal of providing accessible and skilled legal counsel to ordinary people regardless of their ethnicity or income—whether they have become disabled, suffered an injury at work, or need help with a defective vehicle or debt collection issue.
Craig earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University and his Juris Doctorate and Master of Science in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School. He is an attorney in good standing and was admitted to practice in Ohio in 1994. In 2009, Craig was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association, the Cleveland Bar Association, and the Cuyahoga County Bar Association.
The team that was assigned to handle my lemon law was absolutely phenomenal. It was my first time doing a lemon law on a vehicle and they walked me step by step on how to get all information taken care of, they fought to get the best settlement for me and I was so glad that they got exactly what I was looking for! This law firm is incredible. They got GM to buy my 2024 GMC Hummer EV that I had nothing but problems with. I had the same problem over and over and the results were the same. Brought it in to dealership. They couldn’t find the problem so I decided to call these guys and they told me I had a lemon law case. They fought for me till the end. I would not have able to do this on my own as this firm knows all the laws. Dan and Vicki were a pleasure to work with. Always got back to me right away if I had any questions. Dan is very very knowledgeable with the mechanical side as well which help when fighting with the case worker assigned to my case. I want to share my experience with both a car dealership and Kahn and Associates. I brought my car in for a simple tune-up and some repairs. The dealership told me it would be ready in a few hours—but it ended up taking over three months before my car was finally returned, fully fixed.

I had issues with a brand new vehicle just weeks after purchase. I had taken it in 3 times over the course of 1.5 years to be serviced for the same issue. The issue was never able to be fixed, and the last time I took it in, they kept it for 6 weeks with no resolution. The company just told me to “keep driving it until it gets worse”. I did not like hearing that and felt something had to be done. I started researching qualifications for a vehicle to be deemed a lemon, and then found Kahn and Associates. They worked with me even though I am not in the same state. All of our conversations were via email or phone call. They were very professional, and after about 10 months, we came to an agreement with the manufacturer. The manufacturer bought my vehicle back, and sent me a settlement check.
