Kahn and Associates were great. They answered all my questions fast and helped me as much as they could. I believe my situation was hard due to the company was not great to work with. Still dealing with it even after it’s over. But they have been wonderful!

Exceptional lawyer firm! I had issues with my 2025 truck and had to use a loaner for more than 100 days. I contacted them around 60 days since my truck was dropped off at the dealership and after getting no answers from the service manager or the manufacturer. Victoria set up a quick meeting between their attorney, Dan, and myself. He answered all my questions and explained that I was in a very good position. From there, all the communication was handled by Victoria, who did a tremendous job. After roughly 8 months of waiting patiently, the payout was received, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend them as I was initially thinking of going through arbitration, but the Lord steered me the right way. Thank you!

I purchased a new car in late 2025 and within 6 months I had it in the shop 8 times. One time the car was over a month in the shop. I reached out to Kahn & Associates looking what my options were on the Ohio Lemon law. I had a great experience with them. They worked with GM to do a buy back and I just received my buyback check this week. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to look into the Ohio lemon law to reach out to them first.

The attorney (Dan) I was in contact with was very upfront and managed my expectations well. Helped me understand the process, he actually call me which is rare for attorneys. While overall it was not the complete outcome I had hoped for, I feel Dan did what he could. I would recommend them for any consumer warranty vehicle defect cases.
